The state of Texas does not regulate Towing fees) Storage - $20/day Inpound Fee - $20 Notification Fee - $50 (They send you a letter and charge you $50 to tell you they towed your car without your permission) They towed my son`s car without his permission from an accident he was in.

Very good price, nice and help...

Very good price, nice and helpful guy answered the phone assuring me that every thing was going to be okay. He send a tow truck and arrived at the time he quoted. Got my Civic towed to Honda dealership. Rochas Towing will be on my cell phone contacts from now on. THANK YOU ROCHAS FOR FAST GREAT SERVICE.

24 hour?????

I broke down in my car one night around 11:00 PM so had a friend give me a ride home. The next morning I called this company to get my car home or to the shop. I waited to call at 6:30 AM thinking this would be a good time. The woman who answered the phone, first was very brusk and told me that they would not have a driver or even a dispatcher until 8:00 AM. When I asked about their add saying 24 hours service I w... view moreas told that all their drivers were down for the night and they could not do anything until 8:00, not even a dispatcher would be in until then. This tells me they either do not know what 24 hour service means or they don`t need the business. I would not even think to call this company again. I would also tell anyone who asked not to call them. SOif you are looking for a wrecker service, go find someone else. Perhaps if they loose some business for awhile they will get their act together.

Terrible!

The employees that I dealt with were extremely rude and unprofessional. The male employee would not allow my husband to accompany me into the locked area to retrieve proof of ownership from my car. He first offered to accompany me behind the locked gate without my husband and when I said no he sent a lady with me that did not even know where the cars were kept and she had only worked there 7 days. To top it off, w... view morehen I found my car it had a pair of women`s black g-string underware (that did not belong to me) hanging from the side view mirror. When I asked all he said was "I don`t know who those belong to" It was a locked area (which they obviously don`t let the general public enter since my husband was not allowed back with me) I think it is a safe assumption that it was an employee.
