Do NOT under any circumstances bring your vehicle to this shop. This is the model of a corrupt and predatory business. My story`s too long to recount--suffice to say that when confronted with two obvious misstatements or lies, they directly denied saying everything they said to me on the phone the day before. Avoid at all costs (or it will cost you)!

This shop has been sued and lost.

The owner of this shop is a fraud. I recently sent my girlfriend to have a simple retention pulley looked at, and nothing else. When she returned, in tears might I add, she told me that they charged her $10 to tighten a belt (that was already tight and verified by a prior mechanic shop) as well as drained the freeon from the A/C system while saying it was already empty. Lucky for us, we were at a shop no more than... view more 3 months prior and the A/C was charged then as well as new belts being put on. When I confronted them directly about this, they opted for the the "well, you can just take us to court. We don`t care," mentality. Well, we have, and they lost. All told, it`s cost them a great deal of money. The point is, unless you break down in front of their shop, I would recommend you find another place to get your car checked as Munoz Auto Service is now officially a shady company that has been proven to not provide the services they claim.
