I have been stationed in Afghanistan for over 9 months and was talking to my wife in Athens Texas by phone. She informed me that she was having issues with the receiver hitch on my trailer. She then proceeded to disconnect from the truck and went on her way. She needed a receiver and ball for the truck for another task, so I called Auto Zone from Afghanistan to purchase these items. My wife was in the city limits of ... view moreAthens and could not leave her location, so I ask the sales clerk if they could deliver the items to her, less than five minutes from the store? THE SALES CLERKS REPLY WAS THAT WE HAVE NO ONE TO DELIVER PARTS, UNLESS YOU HAVE A COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT. SO I GUESS IF YOU ARE OVERSEAS AND NEED PARTS DELIVERED FOR UNUSUAL SITUATIONS " DON`T CALL AUTO ZONE" THEY DO NOT SUPPORT OUR TROOPS OR THE PEOPLE THAT ARE WORKING OVER HERE. I WILL NEVER SHOP AUTO ZONE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bob Allen Athens, Texas.
