Lights are on but no one will open the door!

Dropped off my carburetor to have it rebuilt was told it would be done in a week. 3 weeks later after many trips and phone calls I got it back. Now it`s dumping fuel every where. Now I can`t get a hold of Zepeda. After several phone calls and messages I went down to the shop again today. The doors were locked and now the phone just rings busy, must have took the phone off the hook. The guy across the street said he j... view moreust saw Zepeda go into the shop 20 minutes ago and I could here someone in the shop but no one would unlock and open the door even with me banging on the door. At this point I`m taking my carburetor some where else to have rebuilt properly and I`ll just take the loss. At least I got my carburetor back, there where five other customers waiting outside and some were just wanting their carburetors back rebuilt or not.
All in all I spent way too much time trying to track down this guy and a lot of gas burned trying to speak with him at his place of business. It`s been a total loss for me. I DO NOT recommend at all. NO STARS!!!
