I brought Dave a Buick headed ...

I brought Dave a Buick headed drag race engine for him to build and pre paid him for all his services. After several years of waiting and dealing with all his personal issues I finally told him to give the motor and my money back. I got 75% of the parts back and no money. He never performed any work he said he was going to do and He said he was too broke to conduct business. I would be very careful with this guy.
