Car was damaged, fluids were not topped off, very frustated with service

This is the second bad experience I have had at a Jiffy Lube. Previously, when they said they checked the levels in my car, 2 days later the car started squeaking terribly. The power steering fluid was low, and I topped it off myself. Now, after going to the Jiffy Lube in Lakeway, and after they rotated my tires, I notice that BOTH of the round center caps on my VW were gone. I have owned this car 7 years and I t... view morery to take good care of it. PLUS, the window wiper fluid was EMPTY--so much for checking fluids. I just find it extremely frustrating that you take your car into a place to try and maintain it, and they end up, damaging the car and then not doing the job that you paid for.
