Got ripped off!

I have been taking my car to MB of Boerne for over two years. My warranty is expired and I have been paying for maintnance and repairs out of my own pocket. When my car broke again I ended up taking it MB Boerne. A part was replaced that cost me a good some of money and my service advisor promised me that the car was working again. When I arrived the car wouldn`t start and I was assured that the part they replace... view mored was also the cause of the current problem (funny, because they didn`t know what it was). So a few days later I recieve a call that a part had to be replaced that was worth 30% of my car`s current value, at this point I declined and decided to fix the car somewhere else. Service advisor refused to refund me the money for a problem they didn`t fix. After days of research on Mercedes online-forums I matched the symtoms my car was having to the ones described in a thread and ended up fixing the car myself for 6 times cheaper than what the dealership quoted me, and it was a part that has nothing to do with what the dealer replaced and was suggesting to replace. Unfortunatly this incident and a few previous ones involving the car breaking down and the dealer not being able to diagnose it correctly have ruined my perception of MB Boerne.
