Simply disasterous

I was expecting a 3 day repair on a bumper that turned into 10 days of misery. I never got a single phone call with an update or explanation. I will NEVER return to this shop because the guys in the office treated me so rudely and unprofessionally. I had to pay for 7 extra days on a rental car and they expressed absolutely no concern when I pleaded with them to get my car back to me. They lied to me about having to w... view moreait a week on a splash shield but when I called the dealer I found that I could have gotten it the next day. Overpriced, low quality and deceitful service reps make for the perfect storm. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!! Save yourself the hassle and go ANYWHERE else.
