I purchased a case of Kendall 5/30 wt synblend five days ago. I found the same product online at Phillips 66 for $10 less, to include shipping and sales tax. I called the Cedar Hill store to request refund, they refused due to company policy. Their main office is located in Ft Worth on Camp Wisdom. C S Lee`s refusal to refund or make a price adjustment as a courtesy to the customer, indicates they do not value their customer`s business. Nor did Bernie keep his word to me, after promising to return my call to disclose the wholesale price. That`s bad business folk!
