Would Give Zero Stars For Service
Rude employees, ridiculously long wait times for installing tires. Was quoted 1 hour wait time on the phone, then told 1.5 hours when I arrived, then told 2 hr when I checked on my car at 1.5 hr. my car was the second car in the shop when I arrived. This should not havr take this long. Would not recommend this place, especially when there are so many others in the city.

Great service
I came in with my internet special price and they were so helpful and informative. I felt like he was top notch in my corner and thoughtful about his information. I am due for the work he also recommended and it was an effortless and easy experience today.

Go anywhere else
I went to have two tires patched for slow leaks, put the spare on, and rotate the tires. They did patch the two tires, inspected the front end for $21.95, did NOT rotate the tires, did NOT put the spare on. They did try to sell me 4 new Firestone tires and gave me an estimate of $1200 to rebuild the front end...ball joints, etc. which I knew needed serious work. However, after reviewing the bill and noticing all t... view morehe non`performed items, there was no way I would let them do major work on my car.. Basically, I paid $75 to patch two tires. Joe, at the desk, is fine to deal with. The other guy has a real attitude. If I were the manager, he would have no customer contact. Bottom line.....go somewhere else.....anywhere else.

What a Rip-off service
Went for A/C service on my SUV, they service it with R134A Refrigerant (24 ounce). They charges $2.00 per ounce, that comes out to $48.00. I found out you can get the refrigerant at Advance Auto Parts for $13.58 for the 24 ounce. I hope they like losing a customer.

something fishy
went in for a repair on my tire, simple patch job. Told me they had to rotate the tires when patching tires and added that charge on to bill. Then told me the tire was unrepairable and tried to sell me a new tire with warranties and some other frills. My bill quickly went from $25.00 to over $165.00. Left and went to a place nearby who pulled the nail out and didn`t charge me anything because the nail wasn`t even in ... view morethe tube. hmmmmm.
