I had been to Midas once before for an oil change on my lunch break - the guy at the desk was nice and friendly, service was fast, so I when I went there again for another oil change yesterday at 5:37. The place closes at 6 PM. There was a different guy at the desk who told me that they close at six and they need 30 minutes to change my oil, so they can`t take me in... Definitely not going back there again. If th... view moreey are too lazy to stay there seven extra minutes to do their job then it is clear to me they are not very concerned with customer satisfaction.
