After reading the highly favorable online reviews for Leonard`s, I decided to try them out on my 2011 Ford Escape. No question: FIVE STARS. While doing the 10,000 servicing, they identified the cause of a problem I had and recommended taking it to the dealer since it would be under warranty. They said to have the dealer call them if they had any difficulty determining the problem. Sure enough, the dealer called them.... view more In addition, Leonard`s staff is highly professional,friendly, and knowledgable, and their facility (South First St.) is spotless. They went to work on the car immediately, and the wait was a very reasonable 45 minutes. The best auto servicing experience I`ve had in my 45 years of car ownership.

Being a female and going to ta...

Being a female and going to take your car into the shop is always nerve racking. I`ve been taking my cars to Leonard`s for years, and won`t take it anywhere else. They are always straight and to the point and if there are expensive repairs involved, they have always presented me with multiple options if those were available.
