Great job - great service

They did a very nice job on our brakes.
The technician was very professional and personable. He explained what was needed and why, and didn`t try to sell us any unnecessary parts. I was very impressed.

Fantastic concept, Outstanding service - one I want to share with my friends!!

I arrived home at 9:30 p.m. and stopping in my driveway to a very loud grinding noise that I know all to well means I needed brakes in my truck badly. I started to think of the long and challenging process of having to drop the car off, leave it all day and pick it up in the evening - I simply did not have the time or needed rides to do that...and then remembered seeing the Fast Brake truck the other day. I called... view more them at 8:30 a.m. the next day to see about the service. Long story short, I only had a 2 hour afternoon window of time from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. when I would be home that day and my truck available...They arrived on time, provided all the necessary brake services on all 4 tires and I was at my 4:30 appointment early!! It was truly amazing. The price was right, the service tech was outstanding, I was educated about the brake issues and was able to see the problems...I felt I was in great hands the entire time. The best part was when the truck left, my neighbors came out and thought it was coolest thing they had ever seen...I think we will do a block party when the Fast Brake truck comes into the neighborhood!!

Serious convenience

Technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and was very good to call ahead of the scheduled appointment time, as well as meet me at my office. Fantastic convenience. Well worth the price, as compared to a place where you take it in, wait for hours, losing valueable productivity time.
