Many years ago I bought my first brand new car at Kinsel Ford. It broke down in the parking lot the day I bought it. It was in the shop 13 times in the 2 years that I had it, they never made it right for me. This was before the lemon law was in effect, I was single, and breaking down all over town. This was probably the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. Instead of trying to help solve my problem, he told me that it had to be something I did to the car, because he didn`t sell defective cars. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy because of this, and I do not fail to tell my story to anyone who has plans to buy from this company.
