Dropped off my car at 4:50PM 1...

Dropped off my car at 4:50PM 12/12/11 and was told that given the damage estimate my car would be ready Saturday 12/17/11 or at the latest 12/19/11. I called on wedneday 12/14/11 and left a message for the geico guy (kobe) to call me back. he never did. I called back friday to see the status of my car on 12/16/11 and again left a message for kobe with no call back. So i call monday 12/19/11 and leave a message fo... view morer kobe. He calls me back keep in mind everytime i call they put me on hold for like 5-10 minutes. Kobe tells me on monday my car is in quality control and then i call the next day tuesday and it turns out it failed quality control and that the car was in the shop and should be ready wednesday. i end up getting a call on thursday aruond 5PM saying its ready to be picked up. However, i couldnt even get a 24 hr notice so i couldnt even schedule a pickup! so it is 12/24 and i am going to try to pick up the car after christmas on monday or tuesday depending if they are open on monday. overall bad service
