Took my car in a few times and always thought the prices were outrageuos, Spent 1700 hundred dollars on a problem that still exhist. Several weeks later I was quoted a price for a new battery by the owner over the phone. When I went to pick up my car it was 200 dollars more than my quote. When I asked how we could work it out and why I was misquoted, the lady at the front desk suggest we take the new battery out of ... view moremy car...not very nice or professional! Felt like they were taking advantge of a female customer.
