I`m very happy to have the opportunity to let you know how I feel about the service I received at Service King West Dallas under the direction of Todd Novara. The service was excellent and top notch from the very beginning to the very end. From the moment we were greeted by Todd to the moment that Todd delivered our repaired car, everything went smoothly and without any problems or difficulties. Todd was quick and e... view morefficient when we brought in the car, and we were on our way home sooner than we thought we would be - no waiting around and no wasting time. Todd was very friendly and personable, and we felt very secure knowing that he would be in charge. Todd called regularly twice a week with very complete and informative updates so we always knew where we were in the process of repair. Todd obviously wanted the car to be perfect when it was returned to us, and he was insistent that everything be done just right. To top it all off, when the car was ready, Todd understood that we had circumstances that made it difficult for us to come in to retrieve the car, and Todd actually delivered the car to our home himself, which I`m sure was not easy and required the help of other Service King employees.
