Awful experience

This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had in the service industry. This service king has had my car for 4 weeks and every time we try to contact them they give us useless information. They claim to have put a defective part in my car and that they had to get a new one but they have had the new part for over a week now and they have done nothing to my car.
