** CAR NATION U.S.A. IS A BIG RIP OFF**

I went in a bought a car knowing it was in an accident. The sales manager said that the drivers side air bag was deployed. I was okay with that. I drove off. It was about 7pm at night. The next morning my boss got in and wiped his hand across the dash on the passenger side and pointed out that the passenger air bag was deployed and the dash was re-done or fixed to cover up the area showing where the air bag depl... view moreoyed. I took the car back righ away that morning. I went to the sales manager and told him what the issue was and he threw paperwork down on the desk and said ""If you don`t want the car then don`t pay for it! Then I will send the repo man over to repo it!"" I was astonished at what he had just told me after putting down $4500.00 cash on the car. I finally convinced him to call the owner of the car lot who was in Pakistan. He got him on the phone and the owner would not talk to me. He told the manager that he would swap my car out when he returned from Pakistan. I was told he would return in two weeks. Two weeks went by. Still he didn`t return. I went there almost daily after the 2 week period. Finally over a month after this escapade started the owner returned. I was there the day he got back waiting with bells on. The owner seemed very cordial and humbled and offered to swap my car out. He said what car do you want? I told him I liked a Volvo he had on the lot. He said okay and instructed the sales manager to draw up the paperwork. Then all of a sudden he said ""I can`t let you drive out in this car like this, let me fix it first."" 3 weeks later after stopping by many time and making many unreturned phone calls I finally caught the owner. He said ""I am so embarassed for not returning your calls"" Blah Blah Blah. After taking up two or more hours of my time we finally got around to them drawing up the paperwork. i went to sit down and sign the paperwork and out of the $4500 I had put down on the first car he only gave me back $3500.00 credit and then he said he had to have another $1000.00 down. At this point I was so frustrated with the situation I just signed the paperwork and drove off in the new car. After driving the car a full day I realized there were several problems with this car too. I would come to a stop on the street, freeway in traffic or at a red light and the car would not take off. It was giving me ""Anti skid service required"" Notification. Besides that there are atleast 3 other things the owner said he would fix. He said just make a list and he would take care of the issues. Long story short.... I have been to this place so many times that I have got to see numerous other people that have had similar issues like this gentleman who bought an M45 from them. Within a week later he brought the car back and the motor was knocking. He was screaming saying that he had put down over 6k for the car and could not believe that he was in this position with them. That man`s car is still sitting on the lot. He is driving around in a much older car that does not even compare to the M45 waiting for them to ""fix"" the car. As many times as I have been by there I have seen that this place takes your money when you think you are getting a good deal and then when the customers come back and show the car lot what many problems the car has they always say ""Hey you bought the car AS-IS"" I didn`t force you to buy the car! You forced me to sell you the car!"" These guys are total scam artist! Buyer Beware!

BAD MISTAKE

I`M BUYING A CAR NOW FROM THESE PEOPLE AND ITS A BIG MISTAKE FIRST THHEY TELL YOU THERE CARS ARE NOT WRECK CARS AND THEY ARE. THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL HELP FIX ANYTHING ON THE CAR BUT DONT TELL YOU TILL ITS TOO LATE HOW MUCH. ONCE YOU GIVE YOUR DOWN PAYMENT THEY START TALKING TO YOU WITH NO RESPECT AND HARRASH YOU FOR YOUR PAYMENT IF YOU ARE 1 WEEK LATE. I GOT THE CAR IN FEB.
