Incompetent: Had an appointment for slow leak in tire and to rotate tires that I purchased and had installed at the Waxahachie location. 3 hours later, they told me that there was not a problem with the tire, that I had a hole in my wheel and I needed a new wheel. Two days later, I took my car to Discount Tire for a second opinion and I had a nail in the tire in question and they repaired it. National Tire and ... view moreBattery did NOT rotate my tires as I requested and I was so tired after 3 hours of being there, that I left without having that procedure done even though I had requested it when I made the appoointment. I will not recommend to my family or friends.

Customer Service

This place is Great! They do it all! Open early open late and they are even open 7 days a week.. They offer very competitve pricing and all the major brands, and perform lots of automotive services. They even send reminders and coupons in the mail!

Good service

Today I went to get new tires.NTB was the second place I went to.Will was a great help.He set me up with new tires and road hazard covrage.He did not try to pressure me into buying tires that cost alot or any thing I did not need.It was great! I`ll be back for oil changes.They`ll rotate the tires at the same time.Good deal.

My tires almost fell off when I left

I went for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. As I drove off I felt hard vibrations and lack a good control of my car. When I pulled over to check it out I noticed my wheels seemed to be tilted inward and I was literally able to unscrew a lug by hand!! My husband drove it back to NTB so that they could finish the job they started. They did finish doing the rotation (since they appantly only did it partial... view morely to begin with) but gave no concern to the fact they sent someone off without making sure all the lugs were tight. The moral of the story is ALWAYS double check that your lugs are tight!!
