I took my 2006 Sierra there to get the rear main seal changed...when I got it back the flywheel broke a month later and I watched another mechanic look at it he showed me where tilden didn`t install the flywheel correctly and they left off my dust cover for the flywheel the transmission observation cover and didn`t even torque half of the bolts on the transmission down they were hand tight...of course when I went bac... view morek they said they could fix the problem for another $900 though while Smiling and telling me they always do their customers right!!! I wouldn`t recommend them to anyone that actually need real work done they might be able to do an oil change.

I`ve been going to this location for close to three years now and they have never disappointed! My car has reached that point where everything needs to be replaced, and they have assisted above and beyond with everything and been incredibly curteous and helpful! Quality Poor to fair Appeal Poor to fair Service Poor to fair Took my work van in to tilden on Jan 31st to get a new engine installed. I ask mike when it could be repaired he said Tuesday / Wednesday no problem . Tuesday rolls around not ready , Wednesday nothing we called every day till Friday the 02/08/13 when the van was finally completed so they said. Tilden never called let us to let us know about the problems ... view moreor delays. When i go to pick up the van and get it back to the shop. I start looking at the work preformed. At that time I notice there is old caked on mud on the oil pan, antifreeze and oil all over the inside of the van. No air conditioner the motor is hitting the motor compartment radiator is leaking and check engine light is on . Promised me a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. All of this at the low price 0f $2,000 dollars . On the receipt it says 90 day 3,000 mile warranty. Bottom line people DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO TILDENS FOR REPAIRS. They don t stand behind quotes, They don t take responsibility for their employees actions. Such as The one called Mike . They do not stand behind their work.

Great buisness! This place is a good place to have work done. they have ASE mechanics. They also offer free shuttle to and from work.
