I have not gone here yet, but just talking to them on the phone made me more comfortable about going here for my next maintenance. They were extremely friendly, took the time to explain things to me over the phone, and apparently are far cheaper than the dealership.

I have brought my work trucks and personal cars to Car-X for years. In every case their recommendations for what brand of tires and their prices are always great. No need to shop around. They also have done the brakes on my Mercedes saving me some serious $ compared to the dealer. They are car guys and know their stuff. They get pretty busy so an early drop off is recommended.

Insulting liars - This place should be closed down!

This is the same company as the one on Huebner. Read those reviews too! Too bad I can`t rate zero. This place doesn`t even deserve one start. Worst experience EVER. My car was pulling slightly to the left. Took it there and left with the car pulling A LOT to the left. Since it was closing time, I called the next day. They did not have a service where then can come a pick up my car and take responsibility for thei... view morer job badly done, so I have to go back again and waste another 1.5 hours . Because of work, I went late again (1.5 hours before closing time) so the guy there ""couldn`t do anything"" for me because the manager leaves at 4. He also said they didn`t have enough time to do the alignment again before closing (put the car in the computer for 1.5 hours is not enough?). They ended up saying they would look at it so I left and when I came back they say it`s been fixed (less that 40 minutes). I was pulling to the left so the swap the tires and it`s now pulling to the right. That was their fix! They refuse to reimburse me or do the wheel alignment again, and they won`t even understand that it was pulling probably 5 degrees before taking it there but 45 degrees now. They didn`t let me finish my sentences and the guy started saying he was a certified advisor and that I should educate myself and come back and apologize to him! Unbelievable! He also had a lot of back and forward about ""I just called my manger and he said this and that"" and ""my manager is not available"" depending on the situation. Now reading all other reviews I see that they do the same thing over and over! This place must be closed. They belong to some kind of organization that I need to find out about and have them close down this place.
