DONT GO HERE!!!

Had my car taken here to have it aligned. Got my car back and within two weeks one of my tires was flat. Found out the inside of my tire was entirely worn through the cords. They said it was an alignment issue but were not going to pay for a new tire? They said when my car was brought in the first time the tire was already worn? Why was I never told or anything documented about it? Why would a tire shop not try to se... view morell me a new tire if my tire was extremely worn out? How were they even able to align my car with my front tire that bad!? They then told me that they would get my car up on the rack and see how far off it was and give me the printouts of the measurements. I went in to pick up my car after having to pay for new tires and asked for a printout and they explained to me that they didn`t have a printout. One of the workers then just pulled some numbers out of his head a wrote them down!!? Please don`t waste your time going here, there are plenty of other good tire shops around!

The only place I`ll take my car

When my car started making an unusual noise, I decided to take it to a shop near my work in Brentwood to have them diagnose the problem. They told me I needed a new water pump, idyller pullies, a harmonic balancer, a timing belt and more things I don`t understand. They quoted $1300 to fix my car up. Granted, they were very nice, I wasn`t willing to spend this and wanted another opinion.

My friend in Mboro rav... view morees about Chance`s shop so I decided to take it in, They told me my harmonic balancer and idyller pullies were fine for several thousand miles more. They fixed my water pump, timing belt and even changed the oil for me. It was timely, they are super friendly and willing to go to lengths to make their customers happy and I was elated when Shelley told me it would be $628! Thats more like it! I will be back to Chance`s and will definitely reccomend his services to anyone who needs them!

Wouldn`t recommend this place

I wouldn`t recommend this place at all to anyone. I took my car and it wasn`t ready when they said it would be I had to wait 2days for them to fix my water pump. The charged me to change my timing belt which didn`t need to be and charger 576.00 for most was jus labor. And after I got my car I had to go back because my heat wasn`t working due to something they did. So good luck to anyone who go here

Best service

This is the best place to get anything done as far as tires, wheels, brakes, suspensions, and exhaust. Fair prices and great service you will always be treated fairly. Its a family business that has grown huge. when you pass the shop the other 2 smaller buildings next to it used to be where they were located. they have grown and grown and grown. and now they are HUGE!!!!!!

Best place to get tires and brakes!

The people at First Chance were very friendly. They ordered the specific tires that I wanted and had them in stock early the next morning. They did an excellent job installing them and my front brakes. They even put on chrome stems to match my rims instead of the standard black. To top it all off the price was excellent. They have won my future business and I`ll recommend them to all my friends.

If you need rims or tires this is the place in the rutheford county area to go. LOOK NO FURTHER THEY WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE YOU HAPPY!!!
