Good cars sold by bad people! Misleading internet pricing. Cheated out of my rebate`s and was made to believe I was getting a deal by trying to charge me sticker price on a car that had a $1500 rebate. Offered me nothing for my late model trade. General Manager was having a temper tantrum in his office while I was trying to negotiate my purchase by kicking and throwing things around. Totally unprofessional at every... view more level. I left and bought elsewhere.

Great Sales Rep, Bad Accountant
Sales Rep one of the nicest car sales man I have been to! But the Accountant is just plain greedy cares nothing about anyone but the money he is getting in his pocket, I hope the sales rep will acknowledge this and move on to a different car lot... Low balled me on the trade by 2 Grand... Marked up Nissan Quest by 1,500 not willing to work with us at all... Displeased greatly!!

These guys stay true to their word. I looked at a vehicle online, called and spoke to one of the sales people (forgot his name) about it. I came in and now its sitting in my driveway! courteous, knowledgeable staff. I looked at other dealerships and this was the cheapest and the nicest.

Szela delivered my middle son. He is very professional and easy to talk to about problems. He listens to you and addresses you concerns. Along with the delivery of my middle son, Szela performed a laparoscopic assisted total hysterectomy. He informed me of my risk and what could happen once I got into the OR. I do and have recommended him for all your gynelogical or Obstetric needs.

Outstanding customer service! 5 stars!!
The people at East TN Nissan, went out of their way in helping pick out my Pathfinder. They stayed after hours just so I could make the drive up there. I live in Kingston and they are in Morristown so its an hour and a half drive one way. Yes, there are closer Nissan dealers but it worth the drive for the service you get.
