Take your car somewhere else. I brought in my car to be repaired after a rear end collision and showed them where the shock cracked the front bumper. They told me that the only way that could be cracked was if I hit something with the front. They fixed the back but refused to fix the front. After they fixed it, I showed it to a couple of other repair shops (including a Chrysler dealer) and they said it was definitely... view more a break from the shock of a rear end collision. Now the bumper is hanging off and going to cost me out of pocket to fix it. By the way the crack turned into a break and the tension caused the other side to start cracking. They just want to do the minimum amount of work and charge the insurance companies a lot of money for unnecessary repairs. The paint job they did in October for my 2006 pt cruiser started coming off in February, after I followed all their instructions on care for the paint.
