This company recently extorted money from a friend of mine. He was illegally parked, but was at his car before the tow truck had even hooked him. The tow truck pulled up to the rear of his car and would not let him leave until he paid him $50. It was my understanding that if the car is not hooked, then they cannot make you pay.
