HORRIBLE !!! This was my worst experience ever. The owner/Technician was vague about an appointment time, arrive very late in the day, did the work in the dark (literally), was arrogant when questioned on this, refused additional work if I required an appointed time, and made disparaging remarks about my physical build and personality as he passed my employee on his way out!
