High Pressure!!!!

I went there to get a tune up and change a fuel filter they recommended after the last oil change I had there! They refused to do the tune up without doing a diagnostic test that cost $99!!! The fee would not be applied to the tune up and filter change I went in there to get!!! It was an extra charge they tried to put on me to tell me what I already knew was needed! I asked the salesman again to let`s just do the t... view moreune up and change the filter he said no let`s just do the diagnostic and started typing it up on the computer not even giving me a choice in the matter!!!! What!?!?! I left there angry and went down the street to one of their competitors! My car is running great!!!! Better than it ever has!!! No thanks to Firestone!!!!
