They were helpful while I was shopping. When I bought a car they gave me remote entry devices that didn`t work - saying they just needed programing. When I tried to have them programed I was told they wouldn`t work. I called the salesman/owner and was told he`d get me another one and call me back in 3 days. Four days later my son stopped by and left a message to contact us about the remotes. It has now been almo... view morest a month and no one ever called back and I`m stuck with no remotes. Told me they strive for 100% satisfaction but did not live up to it.

Everything I never expected fr...

Everything I never expected from a car dealer, I got a great deal on a great car and had fun doing it. Great atmosphere at Veteran Motors. They are not like your typical dealership so don`t expect anything fancy, just expect some ordinary people at a car dealership that will be up front and honest with you, thanks guys Veteran Motors rocks!!!
