This company was tasked with towing my vehicle after I wrecked it by the police. They run out of a trailer the size of most homes living rooms. Acted very unprofessional and just wanted to shoo me out of their "office" so they could continue to watch tv. After my vehicle was towed to another lot for repairs, my car stereo and amp was missing upon arrival at the lot. I had visited the vehicle the day after ... view morethe accident to retrieve some small items inside and the stereo and amp were there. Upon confronting the lot about it I got the run around for a week straight and never got a single phone call returned. It has been 9 days and I still have no idea where my stuff is or if I will be reimbursed for the merchandise. Company said they reviewed the camera`s and no one came to the car and took the stuff out so I said it must have been taken by the tow driver in tow to the other lot and they agreed and said that driver no longer works for them so getting the stuff back will be very hard. Told them it doesn`t matter to me whether they work there or not anymore at the time of the tow he was employed by you therefore you are still responsible for the lose and they just brushed it off. Very pissed off and frustrated with this company. Also I`m about 95% sure that my vehicle had no front end damage on it before it left their lot and it arrived at the other lot with front end damage. If you have ANY choice about who is towing your vehicle DO NOT use this horrible and worthless tow company.
