warranty not honored, poor sevice

I feel compelled to warn others. I purchased tires from this store with warranty. The next morning 2 out of 4 where flat and the car shook making a thumping sound.. Instantly, I aired them up and went back. I was told it was the rims and that they needed to be sealed. (If this were true, all 4 would be flat) i asked if they had done this when I purchased them, the young man said ""oh, yea yea""....if this was true, w... view morehy tell me they need it? I asked about the thump, they told me it was due to a flat spot on the driver side. First of all, why would you put a tire on with flat spots? Second, it was the passenger side making the thump! They finally told me that they could fix it but would charge me! What happened to the warranty? I left frustrated and called to speak to the owner. He wasn`t there. I asked for a manager, the man said, "" I guess i am the manager"" ...what? People, beware, this shop is totally UNPROFESSIONAL and DO NOT HONOR THIER WARRANTY! My self and my employees will not be going to this tire shop again.
