Poor Service - No Refunds

We recently purchased a fuel pump, along with other items they (AAP) told us we would need. No problem. We had the fuel pump professionally installed only to have it quit a few weeks later. Three different employees (at the one on N. Highland) refused to refund our money until we submitted a store complaint to corporate and then would only give us a store gift card despite corporates admonition.
