Other than the fact that the finance person seemed to be pushing the extended warranty I had a good buying experience overall. The reason that I gave a very good rating is because of Gregg Norris contacting me before I ever arrived at the dealership to explain how the employee purchase program worked.

We went to the dealership to look at a Juke Nissan. We happen to meet Jayme Nakayama. Who we like right on the spot. She showed us the jukes 20012 and 2013. My wife really like Jayme.
