Illegal towing!

I advise EVERYONE who lives in The Trails At Mt Moriah to take a picture of your parked car EVERYTIME you park it because these rude unprofessional money hungry rednecks will tow your car unauthorized. Then charge you ridiculous amounts to get your vehicle out! These are the most horrible people I`ve ever had to deal with in my life. This company is a horrible company ran by some disgusting, lying rednecks. Everyone claims to be the manager, don`t know military time but will argue you up and down as if they think they are educated, the sign and the incompetent worker asked for a title or registration or ten dollars to look my info up, but accepted an oil change receipt to prove my car is mine. He was very rude, cursed and obviously had no clue ... view morewhat he was doing. I am all for hiring family members, but make sure they can comprehend and know how to be professional. He didn`t know what registration was, couldn`t tell me what papers he needed and changed his story on why my car was towed. They had no proof of their prices, no credit card machine. Stay away from these crooks!!! Gave one star because I had to.

BEWARE of this company. It is run by unprofessional employees. They will illegally tow your car. When you try to call them, the woman will not tell you any information about the business or where your car is. I had to get the police involved. The business is no longer at Millbranch.
