I took my vehicle to NTB on Callahan Dr in Knoxville and was told that they couldn`t drill the stud out to remove the wheel due to how the lug nut broke. They recommended I go to someone who could use a blow torch to melt it out, simultaneously damaging the wheel and anything else around the stud that doesn`t react well to extreme heat. Idiots. Next, I went to Pepboys on Centerline Dr. I was told they couldn`t dril... view morel it out either, but I was referred to All American Tire & Wheel. They were able to drill the damaged stud and replace it in about 2 hours. This is also a positive review for that Pepboys. Due to their great recommendation, I drove back to them on the same day and purchased 2 tires.
