Great Customer Service

I have been a long time customer of this shop. They truly go out of their way to take care of their customers. I can`t count how many times Allen or Chris has taken me home or to work when I needed a ride. Their prices are great, too. Also, you can`t beat the 12 month warranty they put on all repairs. Best shop and performance parts place in Knoxville!!!!

Top Notch Customer Service!!!!!!

Probably the best shop in town.....Great 12 month/ 12k mile warranty. The office guy, Allen, is really great and helpful. I didn`t have a ride home while they were working on my Acura and he took me home!!! I never expected this little ""hole in the wall"" shop to give me better service than the dealership, but they amazed me with the price and services offered!!!!
