My boyfriend and I have both been using them for years and take our cars there any time we need anything done. I`ve taken my car to Heard`s for everything from an O2 sensor to an alternator. The do the work quickly and efficiently, and have never overcharged me for service or parts, or made unnecessary repairs. My car is always returned in good condition and the service is alway friendly and courteous. Inbreds at their worst
The owner greg heard is the biggest jerk you will ever meet. He will take your money and send you away with another problem to your vehicle that they was not there before. He is very rude!!!!!!!
DO NOT bring your car to these people. The place is littered with old cars as if you stepped into "Deliverance" . They say they will call you and let you know your problem, but DO NOT CALL.
