The service department at Euro Fix was great! Unfortunately, they were unable to work on my air cooled, late 70?ˆ™s model Porsche. I recommend Euro Fix for anyone needing maintenance performed on their German or Swedish vehicle; however, if you?ˆ™re like me and still drive an ole timer I recommend Wicky Lawrie, a Porsche Master Technician located in North Nashville.

This was my first experience with Eurofix and I`m very pleased with them. I bought my Mini a little over a year ago and had the Mini dealership do a full inspection before I bought it. They came up with a few problems that needed to be fixed, but nothing major. Fast forward to last week when I took my Mini in for a water leak coming from the door. I had looked online and found other Mini owners with a similar problem... view more and they all were paying $1000+ to have the problem fixed. When Mark called to give me an estimate, he told me it would be $100 for the technician to find the problem. He also told me about a few more problems that the technician found. They were the same problems the Mini dealership had found a year before. I told him about one more problem the dealership had found with the control arm bushings and wanted them to give me an estimate. The estimates were way less than the dealerships so I told them to go ahead and fix everything. I got my car back today and I`m extremely happy with their work. They ended up only charging me the $100 diagnosis fee for the water leak. They also charged me about $100 less than the estimate for the control arm bushings. On top of all that, they cleaned my wheels, vacuumed out my car and fixed my broken door FOR FREE! I had mentioned the door problem to them, but told them I would fix that myself. I was very surprised when I got in my car and found my door handle worked again. For all the problems my car had, they got it in and out in a very reasonable time. What I thought was going to cost me around $2500-$3000 to fix ended up costing me just under $1600. I will be taking my Mini there from now on. Thanks guys.

First off, as I said on the phone on Friday, I apologize that we were not able to get your car repaired in the time frame you were expecting. We have experienced rapid growth since we opened in 2009, and have, at times, been unable to keep up with t... view morehe demand. That was the case this week when you brought your car in. I know our staffing issues are not your problem, and so I do sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. I hope it will be helpful to know that I will be hiring another technician this week to help keep up with the demand. Second, Your BMW has a valve cover gasket leak, which is extremely common, and often times will show no signs of a leak on the ground. Oil drips onto body panels and pools there, or drips onto the exhaust and is burned off. Only in the most extreme cases would you see oil on the ground. But please don`t take my word for it; this information is easily verifiable by using google and reading some of the information available on various BMW forums, or by calling any local repair shop and asking them about it. Also, we always welcome and encourage you to come back in the shop and see the repairs we`re recommending for yourself. If you`d like to come by and give me just 15 minutes of your time, I can put it on a lift and show you the leak for yourself. If there`s no leak, I`ll gladly come back here and admit it on Citysearch for all to see. Third, when I spoke to you on the phone I asked you, ""what can I do to make it right?"". I received no feedback from you on what I could do to make it right. I discounted your bill to hopefully make up for our mistakes, and had planned on sending you a gift card and a note of apology in the mail this week. Given your frustration, I`ll be sending you a check for the full amount of your repairs on Monday. We are an honest business and we set out every single day to provide the best possible service and quality repairs that we can stand behind (we offer a 3 year warranty on every repair). Yes, of course we make mistakes; I`ll be the first to admit it. What sets us apart from our competition is not that we`re mistake-free (because all businesses make mistakes), but its the fact that when mistakes do happen, we go the extra mile to make it right. In 2 years of doing business with them they NEVER returned the vehicle on time. This most recent trip I am told the problem is severe and we should have lots of debris where we normally park. None at work or home. Can`t meet deadlines and can`t make it right.

I had been taking 2 of my cars to Eurofix for over 2 years. For quite sometime I had nothing but positive things to say about them. That has completely changed in a matter of 6 months. The issues began when I took it in for routine maintenance (oil change, fluids, etc.), as I usually do on a consistent basis (every 2-3k miles). I was completely floored when they called back with an estimate of over $1500 worth ... view moreof issues. Now, I am thankful that they found these issues, but a little suspicious that it wasn`t caught sooner. Keep in mind, these issues were between the major service miles that should occur with European cars. Regardless, I planned on getting it repaired there anyway. When I asked for an itemized summary, they said they were about to leave for the day (store was open for 2 more hours), and that they would do it on Monday. I called Monday and told that they would be back in touch. Called again on Wednesday, same thing. Frustrated, I took it somewhere else, where my business was better appreciated. Fast forward a few months later, and I took it back to Eurofix for a look-over before I headed out on an extended vacation. They called to let me know that there was about $1200 worth of work that needed to be done. I asked what that was, and they told me items that had been recently upgraded/replaced within 2 months. This tells me that they obviously did not look at the car, otherwise they would have known these items did not need replacing. This was very disappointing to me, as I was willing to give them another chance. When I now get my cars serviced, I drive past both locations. Your results may vary, and for your sake I hope so.

I`ve been taking my car to Eurofix for years and have gotten to know the staff very well. They are always kind and courteous, and take care of me. I`ve had bad experiences with other repair shops charging me for services without my approval, and Eurofix ALWAYS asks for my approval before ANY charge. They`re not always the fastest about getting you in and out of the door, but that could also be that they take extra... view more time to also vacuum out my car and shine my wheels after every repair. No one is happy about having to have their vehicle worked on, but in my own experience, I find that Eurofix makes this unfortunately necessary process a bit easier and less stressful.

Our Saab was running great when we brought it to Euro-fix for a noisy belt. After we waited an extra 4 HOURS for them to complete their free inspection, they told us our fuel tank was cracked, that the car would never pass emissions, and it would be $1200.00 to repair. We said no thanks, and after about another 30 minutes they brought the car out. When we got in the car, it now smelled like gas fumes and THE CHECK E... view moreNGINE LIGHT WAS ON! It wasn`t on when we brought the car in, so we stopped the car and went back into the office to discuss the issue. They said, yes gas fumes can enter the cabin and that light can come on when your fuel tank is cracked. They didn`t seem a bit concerned about the fact that the light was NOT on and no fumes were in the cabin when we brought the car in. We wanted to exit gracefully, but when we tried to start our previously reliable car, it required several attempts just to get it started and kept stalling. We had to keep pulsing the accelerator to keep it running at stop lights just make the short trip home. Thankfully, we have a relative who is an Audi mechanic, who agreed to take a look at our car. He brought some tools over, pulled the engine codes that were causing the check engine light, and jumped on the internet. A few minutes later he was in the garage taking the car apart. About 10 minutes after that we were on our way to an auto parts store where I spent $10 on an epoxy fuel tank repair kit. On the way there he showed me the part he took off the top of our fuel tank. It was some type of sensor, that the auto parts store didn`t carry. I asked him what was wrong with it, and he said it appeared that someone had unscrewed it from the top of the fuel tank, removed the O-Ring, and then put the part back on without the O-Ring, making it impossible for that part to seal back to the gas tank and work properly. When we got back home, he spent about 30 more minutes using the epoxy to seal around the sensor where the missing O-Ring was supposed to be, and then put the car back together. The car started right up, but still had a squeaky belt, which only required a squirt of WD-40. So with minimal tools, and in less than an hour and a half from the time I called him, our car was fixed for $10 and one spray of WD-40. That is $1,190 less than what Euro-BREAK wanted to charge us for a problem that we believe they purposely caused, a problem we did not have until we were foolish enough to fall for their free full inspection. Why is there shop set up so that it is impossible to see the cars being worked on? We will NEVER take a car to these crooks again.

If you have an expensive import car like a BMW or a SAAB, and you have money to burn and time to waste...this is the place for you. I had a Nissan Sentra that I took in because my check engine light was on, and my alternator was making a weird noise. I took my car in on a Monday and was told I would be called when they did diagnostics. I was called the next afternoon and was told by Jonathan that I needed a new al... view moreternator, new serpentine belt, a new O2 sensor, and a new power steering hose. I told him I had a limited amount of money to spend ($2,000) and could not go over that amount. He gave me a quote of around a thousand dollars for parts and labor. I reluctantly agreed, thinking this would fix my problems. I was called two days later and told I also needed a new EGR valve and a new Mass Airflow sensor, along with another O2 sensor. I was stunned, to say the least, but once again relayed my price limit for repairs. I was told that it would be right around the 2,000 mark...no more. Two weeks after I first dropped my car off, they called me to tell me it was ready, and that I could pick it up the next day. The next day I went to pick it up, and paid the bill of $2,500! I was also told at that time that they were unable to correct the engine light problem, and that I needed a new ECU...which would cost $1500, plus labor. I told them that I was already way over my budget and that I haven`t had my car for two weeks, and that I just wanted my car back. They drove my car around, and it wasn`t even washed or cleaned in any way. Also, the check engine light was still on, and the engine was rev`ing erratically and dying every time I stopped the car. I ended up selling the car the next week for $1000. I went to Eurofix because I expected them to do a good job on my import car. Instead, they not only overcharged me, but they didn`t even fix the majority of the problems with my car. I have filed a claim with the BBB. Think twice before going to this auto-repair shop.

Isn`t that supposed to be the reason why I took my cars to them, because they`re supposed to ""know"" about these cars. The last straw for me was two years ago when I took my Saab in for an oil change. After changing the oil, they informed me that ""summer was around the corner"" and that it appeared my A/C system needed to be repaired/replaced. I don`t remember what JONATHAN quoted me to have it fixed but it was in the thousands. Since the A/C seemed to be working just fine, and due to my previous experience with Eurofix, a never ending cycle of dubious problems/repairs, I took the car to another shop to have the A/C checked out. The ONLY PROBLEM seemed to be that the other shop couldn`t find a problem. Two years later the A/C still works just fine, and I`ve only needed oil changes. My wife recently took our Audi to Eurofix for 90,000 mile service. She dropped it off at 7 am as they were opening the doors. 5 hours later she called to check up on the car and was quoted $200 to charge her A/C and $600+ for services that were not required. They wanted to replace all the filters, spark plugs, serpentine belt, but not do the flush of the brake system. Need less to say we picked the car back up. The kicker is that when my wife got home she noticed grease stains on her driver side floor mat.
