WORST dealership in Nashville.
I was recently looking around for a new car in Nashville. I had decided to stop in and look at Durani. This was THE WORST decision that I decided to make about car and auto shopping.
At first, everyone there seemed very, very friendly and accommodating to my needs. They kept insisting that they were ""giving me an incredible deal"" on the car that I was looking at. I looked at the car several times and shopped ar... view moreound at other locations.
Deciding that this was the car for me, I went back to see the car and immediately was informed that the cd player in the car had been stolen off the car and was offered no discount or replacement...
I then was taking the car to Midas for a routine inspection of it. I was informed that the oil change that was done complimentary by the dealer was done improperly along with many any other problems. I came back to the dealership with the inspection report in hand stating over $1500 in needed repairs. The dealer informed me that he did not want to see the needed repairs. Obviously this guy knew that these repairs were needed, lies to customers, and doesn`t give a sh*t about selling cars that aren`t up to par.
Furthermore, I would NEVER think of purchasing a car from Durani motors. They are all about bad, shady business.
