worst customer service ever

I`ve been a customer of Beaman Toyota for years and they`ve been great. However, the GMC/Buick service department is the pits. Uncommunicative, unhelpful, unpleasant--especially Lola, who clearly needs an attitude adjustment. Why on earth would someone do business with these people?!?
