Not happy with their body shop

Not too happy with Action Nissan`s Body Shop! We dropped our car off almost a month ago to have some hail damage repaired. They told us it would take two days to a week to have it repaired. A week came and went. We had to call for an update and they told us the car needed more repairs then first expected. Ok. Fine. I can understand that. It would have been nice to have a phone call to inform us of that. We were assur... view moreed our car would be done within a few days. Fast forward almost 3 weeks later, our car is still not done. Every single time they give us a day the car will be ready, that day comes and goes without a single update to let us know what`s going on. We have had to call every single time for an update. Yesterday, we were assured the car would be ready. After not hearing from them again, I called this morning only to find out that it won`t be ready until this Friday. I`m not holding my breath. I realize that to have repairs done right that it might take awhile, but a month! Come on now. I think what I`m really upset about is the lack of follow-up to keep us in the loop. This isn`t this first car we have taken them to repair. We have brought them business before, but I might think twice in the future.

Let me just say if you are loo...

Let me just say if you are looking for a Nissan this is the place to go. The sales people are wonderful, no pressure approach, but are ready to answer any questions you may have. I went with my daughter, she bought her first new car this past weekend and the whole process went as smooth as silk, even for a first time buyer purchase! Awsome........Thanks Action Nissan : )

Dishonest body shop

The body shop made a lot of promises to me about services that would be covered by insurance and price estimates, and they lived up to none of their promises. Do not take your car there, they will not do what they promise.

Great customer service!

I first went to Nashville Nissan and saw a customer service representative rush out the door as soon as he saw me pull up...it all got worse from there...Read my review on that if you are interested. Anyway. after a unpleasant experience there, I went to Action NIssan where I got out of the car and was not attacked by a salesperson when getting out of my car. Instead, I I walked in where I did not see salespeople ho... view morevering around the showroom, just a friendly receptionist to greet me. I asked for someone I was referred to. I was met there a couple minutes later. I told him what I was offered by the other NIssan dealership and they agreed that they had given me a good deal, but would match it and do a little better. Instead of 12,000 miles on the lease, they would give me 15,000 a year and plus, my payments would be a little less per month. I was not pushed at all, so I gladly took the deal and got some things added to my car and picked it up 2 days later...very easy and no stress or high pressure sales. I thought the sales person and finace manager were professional, but layed back...totally my style. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Nissan to come to this particular store.
