Do not go here. I refuse to do any kind of business with them ever again. I took my car here multiple times and every time they told me it was fixed and it wasn?ˆ™t. If they couldn?ˆ™t find the problem fine, but don`t keep replacing parts, charging me and telling me its fixed when its not. Not to mention Mickey Mouse in the service department was very rude to us! The last time I took the car, cut my losses and got someth... view moreing new. I went to the Ford place in Smithville where the people are a lot NICER and very helpful. I`m grateful they were able to help me after the Chevy place charged me so much for NOT fixing my car. Stay away from this dealership or be prepared to spend a fortune and get crappy service in return. It`s hard to shop Sparta when there are places like this!
