They charge around $100 an hour for labor plus they will charge for parts they did not use. EVEN if a repair is a loose wire that takes 15 minutes to diagnose, they will charge for an entire hour of labor. I asked if I could work out a deal to maybe pay a discounted rate or maybe some kid of trade as a light-hearted friendly offer, and Mr. Reynolds (the owner) cursed, called me a son of a ________. He threw a temp... view moreer tantrum and asked me to never bring the boat back there for service even though I was handing him $100 to reconnect 1 wire.

HORRIBLE customer service. Had a 3 month old bass boat serviced there, tore up a week later. took it back in and they told me after the repair that I owe $1000 for a problem they caused.
