Mike and the rest of the guys at Pete`s Alignment have always given me fantastic service. They`ve been around forever and there`s something to be said about that. They`re the most hard working and honest automotive shop around.

Don`t care about customers

Maybe they are good at aligning front ends, but they don`t seem to care about their customers. They gave me an appointment for an alignment at 2 pm. I showed up on time and they told me to wait in the waiting room. 1 hour later they finally put my truck on the rack. 2 mins later they told me they couldn`t do the alignment because my kingpins were too worn. Then they charged me $27.50 for them to tell me they couldn`t... view more do the alignment. What a waste of time. I guess they don`t like repeat customers, so I might as well warn the first timers. Find somewhere that knows how to run a business in the 21st century.
