BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! I order some Bilstein 5100 front struts from Top Gun Customz on October 30th. I attempted to contact them numerous times through their website and on the phone over a two week span. I finally got someone to contact me through facebook. They told me I should call the next day to talk to someone about my order. Tried calling. No answer. The next day I got a guy on the phone, he to ld me he would c... view moreall me back with the status of my order... never called.. a few days later, now close to 3 weeks after I placed my order, I got someone on the phone. They told me it would take another week, then they would ship my order. I told him to cancel my order and refund my payment. He said it would take 1 to 2 days. This is going on almost 3 weeks and I still haven`t recieved a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!!
