Do not be derailed by the negative review of Holly M. Chuck is not the man she has painted him to be and by all means NOT a drunk. Her review was mean spirited because he had an emergency that needed to be dealt with and was not able to open his shop since he is the sole operator of his business. Some folks just don`t have any human compassion for others and are totally self-centered whiners that raise a stink jus... view moret because they can. Chuck is a hard working and honest person with impeccable business character. You will not find a better shop to get your vehicle fixed at such an affordable price. You will leave with confidence knowing the job was done right. The real kicker is Chuck will not replace anything that doesn`t need fixing. I`s a shame with this internet we have a few rotten apples trying to undermine the integrity of a well established man`s business. I`ve know Chuck a long time. This guy is fast, methodical and runs a very clean shop. I just saved a bundle compared to other places in town on replacing CV Joint /Axle o n my truck. Thanks, Chuck!!!! 5 STARS

Chuck at Andy`s is the most experienced, honest....

I`ve had multiple repairs for friends and family done by Chuck at Andy`s. He gets you the best price on repairs and is never out to rip you off. I had never met him before I started getting repairs at his garage. His experience is invaluable! this isn`t some dealership hired punk kid or teenager oil change chump, Chuck has over 25 years of experience working with suspension, brakes, and alignment. He will fix bicycle... view mores, dirk bikes, four wheelers, ATV`s, anything! He charges what he thinks is fair and does the work BEFORE charging. Will show you the parts and in most cases lets you name your price. Accusations about him being a drunk on previous reviews are completely false; there was obviously a missed communication in regards to that review...and it takes two to communicate. Chuck is super easy to work and communicate with...now what does that say about the previous reviewer? He`s incredibly friendly, and one hell of a Foosball player (there`s a table in the garage if you have to wait). Chuck does not force a sale, and makes really smart recommendations on the type of care you`re driving. He does the repairs and you talk directly with him, no middle man or clueless receptionist. Remember how people are always talking about the good old days where you knew the mechanic working on your car, unlike the corporate and dealership shops that have taken over the car repair market? This is a privately owned, mom and pop type store...he treats everyone like family, if you want personalized service and a place to go for the rest of your life, Chuck`s the guy for you. Otherwise, have fun forking money over at your corporate dealerships that train their lackies to rip you off over every grease spot. He is super quick with the work and makes great friendly conversation. I would recommend anyone to make use of his service, or if you have a mechanic botch a job. Or just stop in and meet the guy he`s one of the best people in Sioux Falls and a brilliant mechanic.

Chuck is a brilliant mechanic, great guy, and straight up businessman. I`d trust my life with his mechanic work. Need a garage to take your car the rest of your life and know for sure that you can trust the work and the price? Andy`s is where it`s at. Forget dealerships and corporate garages. This guy will work on anything with 2 or more wheels (but i don`t doubt he could do a knock out job on a unicycle). This gal first brought her Explorer to me and was very rude to me and her boyfriend. I did not like her attitude at all her boyfriend was a very nice man. I felt very sorry for him and almost told her at that point that ... view moreI did not want to do business with her but decided to for his sake. The morning in question I was late. I run my shop alone and from time to time I have other obligations in which case I put my cell phone # in the window. Holly called me on the morning in question and was irate so i tried to explain to her what to do with her keys, I could not even finish my sentence and she was yelling at me so I told her I did not want her business and to go elsewhere. She did have her boyfriend call me and he apologized for her behavior. I did not tell him i had a hangover. She was so mad that I would not fix her auto that she slammed me on here for no good reason other than to try and hurt me. She was also mad because I told her boyfriend he could do better than her. He also came in a couple of months later and told me he left her and thanked me for helping him see the light. I would appreciate if you would remove this false accusation. Thank you, Chuck Wathier

Business Operated by a Drunk!

I had an appopintment set up with him for 8AM on october 1st. I was waiting until 8:25 and he still wasn`t there so I called him. He accused me of screaming and yelling at him, even though I wasn`t, and hung up on me. I tried to call him back and he wouldn`t answer so I had my ex call him. He told my ex that he was out the night before partying and he had a hangover and that`s why he wasn`t there on time. But the guy... view more was so drunk, he thought I was yelling at him and cursing to him on the phone, which I wasn`t, and there was other people in the vehicle me when I called him to prove that. This is not the first time in my past experience with him that he was late and didn`t show up on time. This guy obviously has a drinking issue and comes in to work with hangovers. He is not the kind of guy you should trust with you vehicle
