Buyer BEWARE!!! Coney?ˆ™s is a rip-off!! The only dealing I have had with this car lot was with my father trading 2 vehicles. They screwed my Dad so bad it is ridiculous. He went there to trade vehicle one that was listed on Kelley Blue Book ?ˆ?trade value?ˆ? of $6000, the ?ˆ?for sale?ˆ? value on the vehicle is $7,599, and vehicle two, in excellent condition with 61,000 original miles valued at $2500. So my dad had two v... view moreehicles valued ?ˆ?for sale?ˆ? price of about $9000, ?ˆ?Trade in?ˆ? value of about $7,500, by Kelley Blue Book standards. To start off, my dad has very poor health. He went there in anticipation of getting a van he could get in and out of easier than the other vehicles. This van had a price on the lot of $3,950. Kelley Blue Book ?ˆ?for sale?ˆ? price listed it at $3,400. Trade in value is ?ˆ?$2,300.?ˆ? Unfortunately because of his health, he agreed to trade BOTH vehicles for this van that doesn?ˆ™t even list at $4,000. He ended up losing $5,000 in the value of the vehicles. My Mom went there to talk to the owner and Mom agreed to at least accept $2,000 cash as the deal wasn?ˆ™t complete because the titles weren?ˆ™t signed yet. Unfortunately, my Dad signed those titles the next day and when Mom called to verify the agreement, he said no, the transaction was done and complete. There would be no additional money. Bottom line is, do not go here. This place takes advantage of the elderly and is a crook in his business practices. We have already found out that the van needs struts and more for it to be safe.
