Great Service

The prior poster doesn`t match my experience at all. And looking at her other reviews, it seems dolly2805 doesnt have much nice to say about any car repair shops in the area. I brought my car in for some new tires, wheels, and an oil change. The service was outstanding. They kept me informed and I was out the door in no time flat. The waiting area is impeccably clean and the staff is very friendly. Not sure wh... view morey an hour long wait for an oil change at a busy repair shop warrants a freebie. But okay.

Stay Away.

Called, made sure they weren`t busy and could get me in for an oil change. They say to come on over and they would get right to it. I go, then walk next door to eat and kill time. I come back 45 minutes later and they had completely forgotten about me. There were no other customers there....only a couple of cars in the garage getting work. They forgot? My car was sitting right in front of the front door where I had ... view moreleft it. There were no offers for a discounted or complimentary oil change due to the inconvenience. They will not be in business long if this is how they treat customers.

Don`t trust them to know....

Probably fine for bringing the car in for an oil change, minor repairs if you have an idea of what`s wrong but don`t depend on them to be knowledgeable mechanics. I brought a p.o.s. in there and trusted them to tell me what I could do but what they did was expensive stuff on a car with a bad engine! Won`t go back.
