Service dept a problem for this dealership

Treated poorly in Mercedes South service dept. Had a BMW for 14 years an had it exclusively serviced at Hendrick BMW. Never had a problem. Should have bought another BMW.

I went across town, and then came to MB South Charlotte. I felt that I received MUCH more personalized service here. Great place

Fast service, everyone there is very friendly. The cleanest repair shop Ive ever seen. Overall a very impressive place.
