Stay Away... they don`t honor their warantees

I brought a tire in that had the sidewall pealing away. They said that the warrantee only covered "tread wear" and that any damage to the sidewall was only covered if you purchased the additional "roadside assistance". On top of this they are rude. Save yourselves the trouble and go somewhere else.

Great service

Just had my car serviced at Firestone on Haywood Rd. and had a wonderful experience. The tech was a very knowledgable gentleman and the counter people were a blast to be around. Very pleasant and fun to talk to. They gave me a whole new perspective on car repair. I will return as will my wife and family.
